I, Richard Pitts of Onslow County & State of North Carolina considering the uncertainty of this mortal life do therefore while in a firm state of mind though weak in bodily health make and ordain this following instrument my solemn will & testament. First, it is my desire that all my just debts be paid and satisfied by my Executor. ITEM I devise to my dearly beloved wife Nancy all my estate both real & personal that may remain after the liquidation of such just claims as may be against me. Secondly & Lastly, I make & constitute my friend George A. Thompson to be my Executor to this my last will & testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
