This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Beverly Cole ==================================================================== CELIA AMAN WILL State of North Carolina County of Onslow Will Book 2 State of North Carolina} Onslow County} Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, February Term 1843 Know all me by these presents that I, Celia Aman, being weak in body & aware of the shortness of life & being anxious that my beloved sister Lavinia Jenkins should be paid for her kind attention & great trouble with me, I make this my last will & testament. I give unto my dear sister before mentioned Lavinia Jinkins, all the money that James Aman owes me amounting to over a hundred & seven dollars & all the ready money that I have by me amounting to about twenty dollars. 2nd I give my brother Archibald Aman a note that I hold of his for forty dollars dated the 18th Fey 1838. 3rd I give & bequeath unto my niece Celia Matilda Aman one bed bedstead & furniture. 4th I give to my nephew John Jinkins one large chest. 5th I give to my nephew David Jinkins one smaller chest. As for my brother & sisters not herein named, I leave them one shilling each. It is my desire that my beloved sister Lavinia Jenkins be soul executor to this my last will & testament, this the 22nd day of Oct. in the year of our Lord 1842.
