I, Absolem Barber, being weak in boddy but of sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows, viz. I give to my beloved wife, Jane Barbour, all my stock of cattle, hogs, sheep and all my household and kitchin furniture and all my geese & gees to have and to hold during her widowhood. I also give to my son Richard T. Barber all y land and plantation tools consisting of all kinds of mens tools. My will further is that all my just debts be first paid out of my parishable property. I further appoint and ordain my beloved wife Jane Barbour and Elijah Murrill my whole and sole Executors to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fix my seal this 4th day of May 1833.
