First, I want at my death for my body to be decently laid away in its mother dust. Secondly, I want enough of my property sold such as my wife can best do without to pay all my just debts and all the residue of my entire estate, let it consist of what it may, I give and legateth unto my faithful and loving wife, Milly Bishop, to have and to hold during her natural lifetime or widowhood. I also nominate and appoint my friends William B. Sidbary and John F. Spicer, Executors to this my last will and testament for to transact and do business as above named. Also, I request at the death of my above named and loving wife, that all of my entire estate should be equally divided among my lawful and surviving heirs and this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made, in witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal, this the twenty first day of September AD one thousand either hundred and forty nine.
