L. Duffy, being of strong mind & memory, do constitute and appoint Charles Duffy and Nathaniel B. Hancock my lawful executors of this my last will and testament, revoking all others heretofore by me made. I desire that my executors will exercise such power and authority in the management of my estate, as they may think most prudent. Duffy offered for probate and admitted on the oath of John C. Pearson, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and Charles Duffy, one of the Executors therein named, appeared in open court and was duly qualified according to law. When the widow appeared (of said James E. L. Duffy) in open court by James W.
