Know all persons by these presents that I, James Frazar Senior, of Onslow County & State of North Carolina, being sick & weak of body but of sound disposing mind & memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the following manner & form. My will is that my body be decently buried at the discretion of my executor hereafter mentioned. My will is that all my just debts be paid. ITEM I lend to my wife, Sally Frazar, forty acres of land whereon I now live & one bay horse, one cow, three head of hoggs, all of the household and kitchin furniture of every description and all of the firming tules of every discription and all of my carpenters tules of every description, during her natural life. ITEM I give to my dauter Polly Trott all of the above mentioned property that I have londe to my wife after my wife deth as in to say, forty acres of land whereon I now live, one bay horse, one cow, three head of hoggs, all of the household & kitching furniture of every discription, all of my firming tules and all of my carpenters tules of every discription, to her the sed Polly Trott & her heirs and assigns for ever. I further constitute & appoint my son in law Brice Trott my sole executor to this my last will and testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 29th day of October AD 1836. Humphrey State of North Carolina} Onslow County} Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions, November Term 1844} Then was the will of James Frazar offered for probate and admitted upon the oaths of David W. Sanders and Lewis Humphrey, they proving the hand writing of the subscribing witnesses. Then letters testamentary were ordered to be granted to Brice Trott, the executor of said will who appeared in open court and was duly qualified according to law and this will ordered to be recorded.
