First, that my executor hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts out of my estate. ITEM 2nd I give and divise to my beloved wife Nancy all my estate real and personal during her natural life after my debts is paid. ITEM 3rd after the deth of my wife, I give and bequeath to my two daughters (Luceny?) and Ezebel two cows and calves after the deth of my wife if any there be, also one bed and firnuter each, there chois. ITEM 4th I also give to my son Edward all my land and premises that I possess after the deth of his Mother and then the balance that shall be left after my wife's deth. I give to my five children, namely George, John, (Anksom?), Elizabeth and (Milaq?) to be equally divided among them five if any thing shall be left. If not, I will that my son Edward pay them five last named ten dollars a piece out of the land. I also leave and ordain Anksom Jenkins, my son, my Executor to this my last will and testament in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, February the seventeenth. Hansley, one of the subscribing witnesses hereto and ordered by said court to be recorded & filed as such last will and testament.
