In the first place, I lend to my wife Elizabeth during her nacheral life or widowhood, all my lands and property of every sort and king, money and notes to her youse and supoart. 2nd, then to be equeally divided between my lawful heirs, one sixth part to go to the lawful heirs of her body, Elizer Ann Waltom. Also in prepoartion to all my children not named, Jesse, William, Elijah, Elizabeth, Catherine. And 3rd and lastly I do appoint and constitute Seth King to be my lawful Executor to this my last will & testament, revoking all the wills in witness whare of I have set my hand and seal in the year of our Lord one thosan eight hundred and forty seven, January the 19th day.
