I, Lewis Kincy, of the County of Onslow and State of N. Carolina, being of sound mind and judgment, do make and constitute this my last will & testament in manner and form as follows (viz.). ITEM the first, I lend to my beloved wife Elizabeth during her natcheral life all my cleared land with the privoled of timber firewood &C. I give to my two children, Amos Kinsey and Lewis J. Kinsey, all my land with all improvements thereunto belonging. The above named children is the two children that I and my wife had before we ware married. I also give to my before naimed children one feather bed and furniture, the balance of my property to be sold and my just debts to be paid with all funeral expences. The residue if anny to be equally divided between my wife, Elizabeth Kincy's two children (Amos Kincy & Lewis J. Kincy) to have and to hold forever. I nominate and appoint John Jarman as my Executor to my last will & testament, given under my hand & seal September 23, 1847.
