First, I give to my nephew Jesse Bishop five hundred dollars in good notes to him and his heirs forever. Then I give to my nephew Jacob Bishop one hundred dollars in good notes to him and his heirs forever. Then I give to my said nephew Jesse Bishop one feather bed and furniture with all the balance of my estate of every sort, whatever after all expences is paid of all kind and I hereby nominate and appoint Jesse Bishop and John T. Whitehurst executors to this my last will and testament and do publish this to be my last will and testament unto which I have set my hand and seal this fourth day of April AD one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine.
