B. Rhem, my Executor. 2nd, my will and desire is that he sell all my lands to the best advantage according to the best of his judgment and on such terms as he may think best. Also, all of my estate perishable and personable and after paying all my just debts, divide equally all of my moneys arising from said sales between my beloved wife and children. (signed) M.
