I, Seany Sidbury, of the above mentioned county and state, being sick but in disposing mind. Knowing it is onst appointed for all men onst to dy, I make and ordain this my last will and testament. First, I give my sole in the hands of allmighty God hoe gave it me and my body to be buried in a decent Christian like manner at my death and tuching what little worldely est. I am percest of, I dispose of it in the following manner and form to wit. First I give one bed and furniture, one chest to the lawful heirs of Comfort Costin, wife of Daniel Costin. Secondly I give to the lawful heirs of Amos S. Waltom, one bed and furniture and no more. Given under my hand and seal, Nover. The 8 day 1844.
