Ward, being weak of body but of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in maner and form, viz., ITEM I wish my just debts paid. I will that all my lands sold to pay my debts and my property of every description to be eaqually divided amongst all my children. ITEM wish my trusty friends Robert White, Edward W. Montford, Richard W. Ward to be my Executors of my last will. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal in presents of us and me in presents of each other, this 8th January 1860. (signed) G. Ward, decd., offered for probate and admitted upon the oaths and examination of Owen Huggins and A. J. Murrill, the subscribing witnesses thereto and the same ordered to be recorded and filed as the last will and testament of George J. Ward, decd., where Richard W.
