I lind to my beloved wife An Ball all my lands and tenements during her natural live, I also lend her all my household furniture during her natural life. I also lind my wife Ann Ball one bay horse during her life. I also lend my wife Ann Ball all my stock of cattle during her natural life with of my stock of hoggs. I also lend her all my plantation tools. I gave unto Marvan Ball five shillings. After the death of my wife Ann Ball my desire is that all the property I have left her by will to be sold and the money to be equally divided between John Ball, David Ball, Darkis Ball, Sarah Ball, Alice Ball, and Nancy Ball and Briant Ball. I also appoint my son John Ball executor of my last will and testament and I do revoke all other wills by me have before made. And do by this presence acknowledge this my last will and testament. This the 12th day of March in the year of our Lord 1818.
