This day came Sarah Barber before me, one of the Justices of the county 
aforesaid, and made oath on the Holy Evangelist Almighty God, that on the 
fifteenth of this instant that Elizabeth Barber, a few hours before she 
deceased, appeared to be in perfect mind and memory and told the aforesaid 
Sarah Barber that her will and desire was that Joseph Barber, son of Thomas 
Barber, should have all her stock of cattle and as to the rest of her 
property, she said nothing.  About further, the deponent said not.

This nuncupative will of Elizabeth Barber was proved in open court by the oath 
of Sarah Barber.
