I, John Brinson, of the County of Onslow and State of North Carolina, do make and ordain this my last will and testament. ITEM: I give and bequeath to my grandson Jns. Dunn all my lands whereon I now live and the appertainances thereunto, belonging to him, his heirs, assigns forever. ITEM: I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Mary Dunn one red and white pided cow and cow calfe and marker to her or her heirs or assigns for ever. ITEM: I lend to my beloved wife Sary Brinson one bed and furniture induring her life. At her death, I give and bequeath the same bed and furniture to my granddaughter Mary Dunn, to her or her heirs or assigns forever. ITEM: My will and desire is that my mare and horse and cattle and hogs and sheep, also all my household and kitching furniture, also all my plantation tools, I leave to be sold and all my just debts to be paid. And my will and desire is for my beloved wife Sary Brinson to have a suffichant support induring her life. Out of the articales above mentioned to be sold and the resavie (?) to be equally devided three parts; my beloved daughter Sabre Dunn and beloved daughter Susana Murral and my two granddaughters Sabre Dunn and Mary Dunn to them, their heirs and assigns forever. Lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint Thomas Pitt my executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have set my hand and affix my seal.
