Onslow County, North Carolina


November 23rd, 1826
I give to my son Samy one cow by the name of Crump.  I give to my daughter 
Celia one cow by the name of Flower.  I leave to my daughter Mitty one cow by 
the name of Pink.  I give to my daughter Betty one cow by the name of Swan.  I 
leave to my son Aaron (Jr.) one cow by the name of Fan.  I give to my daughter 
Nancy one cow by the name of Blossom.
The land I leave to my son Aaron.
I also leave to my son Aaron my mare and saddle.
One cart and yoke of oxen I leave to be sold and one large coat.  After this 
property is sold to satisfy my debts, I desire for them all to stay together 
until the youngest becomes of age, and then sell and equally divide.  I leave 
for my executor my beloved friend James R. King.
