Item: First I lend to my dear beloved wife Elizabeth Erexson my land and plantation whereon I now live until my son John Erexson shall come of the age of twenty one years, then it is my will and desire that my land shall be divided in two equal parts and that my wife have the one-half with the house during her natural life and likewise, I lend to my beloved wife during her natural life, one feather bed and furniture and half my stock of all kind and further lend her all my plantation tools and kitchen furniture during her natural life. Item: I give unto my son John Erexson his heirs and assigns forever, when come of the age of twenty-one years, half of my land where I now live and also further give to my son John Erexson the other half of my land at his mother's death to him, his heirs and assigns forever. Also one feather bed and furniture also I give my son John one half of the remainder of my stock that is not willed to my wife at the age of twenty-one years. Item: I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Erexson at the age of eighteen or married one feather bed and furniture and one half of the residue of my stock not willed to my wife of all kinds. My will and desire is that my wife Elizabeth Erexson have the use of all my personal estate whatever that is not mentioned in my will during her natural life and then at her death to be equally divided between my two children John and Elizabeth.
