This file was contributed for use in the North Carolina USGenWeb Archives by: Beverly Cole ============================================================================ Record of Wills, Book A 1800-1825 Onslow County, North Carolina In the name of God, Amen: I, Moses Foyler, of the County of Onslow and State of North Carolina, being sick and week in body though of sound and perfect mind & memory, blessed be God, do this the fifth of May and in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand eight hundred and nineteen, make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner following, VIZ: My will and desire is that sister Sary Prescoat should have one cow and calf and increase deposited to her lifetime and after her death, to sister Polly Webb same wills to her heirs and assigns forever. My will and desire is that brother Handy should have my big coat and hat. Also my will and desire is after William James Parker & Sir Rhodes is paid, I want James Webb to have three months schooling and the rest of my property, except my mare, my will and desire is it should be divided between brother Handy's children, sister Polly Webb's children and to brother William Foyler's two children, James and Elizabeth. My will and desire is also that my father should have my mare and saddle. And I constitute, ordain and appoint my trusty friend Robert Aman executor of this my last will and testament for the intense and purpose therein containing.
