George Hinson, of the State and County aforesaid, being sick and weak of body, but thank God, I am in perfect mind and memory, and as to my body, I desire may be decently buried, and as to the worldly good that has been by me acquired, I give as followeth. Item: I give and bequeath unto my loving Parmala Hinson and her son John Tudar Hinson all my estate, both real and personal, that I at this time posses in the State of North Carolina, to them and their heirs and assigns for ever. ITEM: It is my will and desire that in case my son F. George Russell Hinson should survive the above named Parmala Hinson & John Tuder Hinson, that he have the whole of said estate, both real and personal, to him and his heirs and assigns forever. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my wife Parmala Hinson all my wrights and title to Negro man Ben for the sole and express purpose of being hired out, and the money arising from said Negro's hire to go forewards the support of her child John Tuder Hinson. Item: It is my will and desire that in case my son F. George Russell Hinson, should survive, the above mentioned Parmala Hinson and John Tuder Hinson that he have the aforesaid Negro man Ben, to him and his heirs and assigns forever. ITEM: I constitute and appoint my loving wife Parmala Hinson my executrix to this my last will and testament, revoking and declaring all other will or wills by me made. F.
