IMPRIMUS: I most humbly bequeath my soul to God my maker. IMPRIMUS: I give my body to the earth from whence it was taken and as to my worldly estate, I will and possibly order that all my just debts to be paid. ITEM: I give to my dear and loving wife during her widowhood or lifetime, this house and plantation whereon I now live & plantation tools & one bed and furniture, also five head of cattle, one horse, after her decease to my youngest son John Henderson. ITEM: I give to my daughter Sally Trott one puter bason (pewter basin). Item: I give to my daughter Poley (Polly) Henderson one bed and furniture, one cow calf, one linning wheel, one chest, one puter dish. ITEM: I give to my son Daniel Henderson one hundred and thirty acres of land, lying on the west side of the great Northeast of New River, to be sold and my debts paid and the remainder part to be put out at interest till he should come to age, also two steers. ITEM: I give to my son Isaac Henderson, the house and land where I now live containing one hundred and ninety acres lying on Starkey's Creek, one bed and furniture, one shotgun, one bool, also I leave my wife my executrix and my trusty brother Ezekiel Henderson in company with her this 25th of June 1802.
