My will is that my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors hereafter mentioned; my will is that all my just debts be first paid in manner and form as follows, that is all my perishable property to be sold by my executor on a credit of six months, to pay my debts and should then be any allowance over of paying my debts, it is my will to give it to Margaret Elizabeth Ramsey. ITEM: I give to Margit Elizabeth Ramsey fifty acres of land lying on the east side of New River adjoining the lands of Edward B. Dudley, William Henderson & Charles Thompson and whereon I now live during her lifetime, then to the heirs of her body if any and should the said Margit Elizabeth Ramsey die without any heirs, then it is my will to give the said fifty acres of land to my brother Solomon Littleton and I hereby make and ordain my worthy brother Solomon Littleton Executor of this my last will and testament, in witness whereof I the said Thomas Littleton have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal Oct 6 day 1832.
