Onslow County, North Carolina

In the name of God, Amen:  I, Hill Williams of Onslow County, and the State of 
North Carolina, being sick but of perfect mind thanks be to Almighty God, 
knowing the mortality of my body and tis appointed for all men to die to make 
this my last will and testament in manner following First I give and recommend 
my soul to God that gave it and my body to be buried at the descretion of my 
executors and such worldly goods as it hath been pleased God to belss me with 
in this life, give and dispose of in manner as follows:

1st: My will is that all my just debts be paid.
2nd: I lend to my brother Edward Williams my Negro boy Handy During his 
natural life and then to be equally divided between my four sisters, Polly 
Williams, Sency Foy, Ann Wilder, Sam Foy and Jesse Williams.
3rd: I give to my brother Jesse Williams my Negro boy Dick to him and his 
heirs forever.
4th: I give to my sister Ann Wilder my Negro girl Beck to her and her heirs 
forever.
I direct my Negro woman Ann and her two children Huldy and Isaac to be sold 
and equally divided between my above mentioned sisters and brothers.
I give to my sister Polly Willams my grey horse to her and her hairs forever.
I lend my small gun to Edward Williams during his life and then I give it to 
Jess Williams.
My will is that all such property as I have not given away be sold and if 
anything left after paying my just debts, to be equally divided among my above 
mentioned sisters and brothers.
I constitute and appoint my brother Edward Williams and Jesse Williams 
executors to this my last will and testament given under my hand this 24th day 
of July 1816.
