Onslow County:
In the name of God, Amen: I Winnieferd Yopp of the county and state aforesaid 
being weak of body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the 
same do make and constitute this my last will and testament in the manner and 
form as follows:
ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Sally Edens my three 
Negroes Harry Cate & Clar to her her heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM: I give unto my son in law Abner Goodwins five pounds to be paid unto him 
by my exert hereafter mentioned to him his heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM: I give unto my son in law Nathaneil Edens & my daughter Molly Ennett 
five pound to them their heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my son in law William Hansley & Winneann his 
wife five pounds to them their heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my daughter in law Abegail Yopp five pounds to 
her her heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM: I give all the rest of my estate unto my son Jerome Yopp unto him his 
heirs and assigns forever.
And my will and desire is that my three Negroes shall remain on the plantation 
until my crop of every kind is housed and then to be delivered unto Sally 
Edens and last of all I nominate and appoint my son Jerome Yopp my sole 
executor to this my last will and testament.

Signed sealed and acknowledged in the present of us this the 26th day of May 
1804.

Onslow County: In court October term 1804, this will was duly proved in open 
court by John Fullwood one of the subscribing witness and Jerome Yoppt he 
executor qualified.
