ORANGE COUNTY
March Term, 1807

JOHN STREET

   Vs.

ALEXANDER BROWN, Administrator of CHAMPION MAROBLE, deceased, who was assignee 
of JOHN WHITLOCK, who was assignee of PETER GARLAND, JR.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, ALEXANDER 
BROWN, Administrator of CHAMPION MAROBLE, deceased, who was assignee of JOHN 
WHITLOCK, who was assignee of PETER GARLAND, JR. are not inhabitants of this 
State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless the said Defendants appear at our 
next Court to be held for the County of Orange in the court House at 
Hillsboro' on the first three days of September next, then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to the Complainant's bill, judgment will be taken pro confesso 
against them and decreed accordingly.
