THOMAS POWELL and others

      Vs.

ARTHUR LOVINS AND OTHERS 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
JAMES LOVINS is not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless the said Defendant, JAMES LOVINS appear at our next Court to be held 
for the County of Orange in the court House at Hillsboro' and put in his 
answer within the first three days of the September Term, judgment will be 
taken pro confesso against him and decreed accordingly.
