Oct. Term, 1803

JOHN CARRINGTON

            Vs.

WILLIAM CHRISTMASS and ROBERT M’LEMORE

In this case the Court ordered that publication be made for three weeks in the 
North Carolina Minerva that unless the Defendants, WILLIAM CHRISTMASS and 
ROBERT M’LEMORE file their answers in the Clerk and Master’s Office of this 
Court, within the first three days of this Court the Bill will be taken pro 
confesso and decreed accordingly.
