April Term, 1805

SURVIVING PARTNERS OF M’CALL, ELLIOT, & CO.

                          Vs.

WILLIAM COTTERELL & SAMUEL BLACK

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, WILLIAM 
COTTERELL, is not a resident of this State: It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless the said defendant do file his answer to the Complainants Bill within 
the first three days of next term, judgment will be taken pro confesso and 
decreed accordingly.
