JESSE SMITH, assignee, etc.

     Vs.

FELTY TURNER

Judicial Attachment levied in the hands of PHILLIP MASON, and he summoned as 
Garnishee

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, FELTY 
FARMER, is not an not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held for the County 
of Orange in the court House at Hillsboro' and replevy and plead to 
Complainant's bill, judgment final will be entered against him. Teste.
