HENRY HASTINGS

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, HENRY 
HASTINGS, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless the 
said Defendant appear within the first three days of the next term of this 
Court to be held for the County of Orange in the Court House at Hillsboro', 
then and there to plead, answer, final judgment will be rendered against him.
