It is ordered by the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the 
Raleigh Minerva that unless the said Defendant appear at our next Court to be 
held for the County of Orange in the Court House at Hillsboro' on the 4th 
Monday in November next, then and there to plead, answer, or demur within the 
first two days of said term, final judgment will be given against him.
