Court of Equity, October Term, 1794

John Nichols vs. John Myrick Whitney

This cause being in course for trail, and the Defendant having failed to put 
in his answer; The Court ordered that it should be advertised for three weeks 
successively in the North Carolina Journal and that the bill will be taken pro 
confesso, unless the Defendant puts in his answer or before the third day of 
the ensuing term, viz. April Term, 1795.
