     Personally appeared in Open Court on the 20 March 1824
Robert Kelley & his wife Ann Maria Kelley State of Ireland in the Kingdom of
great Britain and applied in their proper persons to be admited Citizens
of the United States of America - The said Robert declares that he was
born in the City of Dublin that he is of the age of Thirty three years and of 
the Kingdom of great Britain and formerly owed Allegiance to the King of said
Kingdom, that he first migrated to Philadelphia and that he intends to reside
in future in the Town of Hillsborough in the County & State aforesaid
     The said Ann Maria Kelley declares that she was born in the City of 
Dublin that she is of the age of twenty eight years a native of the Kingdom
of Great Britain and owed Allegiance to the King of said Kingdom that she 
first Migrated with her said husband to Philadelphia and that she intends and
expects to reside for the future in the Town of Hillsborough in the State 
aforesaid Witness our hands & seals the day & year aforesaid

     And the said Robert & Ann were at the same time permitted to take the
oaths prescribed by the Act of Congress for naturalization & also the Oath of 
Allegiance which was Ordered to be recorded
