JOHN TAYLOR, SR.

    Vs.

WM. LYTLE and JOHN CRAIG

In Chancery, Original Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, WILLIAM 
LYTLE, is not an not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held for the County 
of Orange in the Court House at Hillsboro' on the 3rd Monday in September and 
put in his answer to Complainant's bill, the same will be entered against him.
