            Vs.

CHARLES REYNOLDS ET AL

In this case the Court ordered that publication be made for three weeks in the 
Raleigh Minerva that unless the Defendant, CHARLES REYNOLDS file his answer to 
the Bill of Complaint within the first three days of next term, the Bill ` 
against him ` the Bill will be taken pro confesso and decreed accordingly.
