Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, May Term, 1818

Nancy Robinson vs. Wm. R. Robinson, and others

Petition for dower in & of the lands of which William Robinson, sen died, 
seized and possessed.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that some of the defendants in 
this case, viz. Michael Robinson, John Dickey and Sally his wife are not 
inhabitants of this State; it is therefore ordered that publication be made 
for five weeks succesively in the Raleigh Star, that unless they come forward 
at the next Term of said Court to be held for said County at the Court House 
in Hillsborough on the fourth Monday of August next and plead, answer or demur 
to the said petition the same will be taken pro confesso as to them, and heard 
accordingly.
