It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, WILLIAM 
HASTINGS, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless the 
said Defendant appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Orange in 
the Court House at Hillsboro' on the 4th Monday in November next, then and 
there to plead, answer, or demur within the first three days of said term, 
final judgment will be rendered against him.
