ELISHA MENDENHALL

      Vs.

WILLIAM KIRKMAN and WIFE

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, WILLIAM 
KIRKMAN and WIFE, are not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said Defendants file their answers to the Complainant's Bill 
of Complaint, within the first three days of the next March Term to plead, 
answer or demur, judgment will be taken pro confesso against him and decreed 
accordingly.
