JAMES WILSON , ET AL

            Vs.

JAMES WALKER, ET AL

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
GEORGE SMITH, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless the Defendant, GEORGE SMITH file his answer to the Bill of Complaint 
within the first three days of next term, the same will be against him will be 
taken pro confesso and decreed accordingly.
