Recorded: August 1788

29 March 1787 --ROBERT ABERCROMBIE and DAVIS GRISHAM, both of Georgia, to 
JOSEPH SEERS of Orange, for ten pounds, 43 acres on waters of Ebbie's Creek. 
Beginning at a pine on the Wake line,N15E on said line 9 chs. 50 lks. to a 
stake on ELIAS TURNER'S corner, W on TURNER'S line 37 chs. to a hickory, N on 
said line 4 chs. 50 lks. to a white oak, W. on said TURNER'S line 10 chs. to a 
corner pine, N. 35 W. 13 chs.75 lks. to a pine on WM. FORRESTER'S line, S. on 
said line 49 chs. chs. to a white oak, N15E on JOHN ROSS' line 40 Chs. to a 
hickory on ROSS' corner, S75E 45 chs. to first station. (Signed) ROBERT
