12 June 1787 JOHN DENNIS and RACHEL DENNIS, both of Randolph, to SARAH LYTLE 
of Orange, for forty pounds one acre one rod and 20.5 inches near Buck 
Quarter, waters of Enos River granted to JOHN DENNIS the Elder, on 27 Feb. 
1759. Beginning at a black oak on JONATHAN SELL'S corner W. 94 pole to a 
hickory, N. 20 poles to a black oak, W. 100 poles to a black jack, S 120 poles 
to a white oak, E 60 poles to a post oak, S. 20 poles to a post oak, E 92 
poles to a white oak, N 53 E 56 poles to a post oak, 7 poles to a black oak, 
N. 80 poles to the beginnings. RACHEL DENNIS; JOHN DENNIS.
