Witnesseth that he the said Charles Glenn for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten pounds current money of the State aforesaid to him in hand paid by him the said William Lingo the receit whereof he the said Charles Glenn doth hereby acknowledge and confess himself therewith full satisfied contented and paid and doth hereby acquit and discharge hem the said William Lingo and his heirs forever He the said Charles Glenn hath given granted bargained and sold into him the said William Lingo a certain tract or parcel of Land lying and being in Orange County the said tract of Land from the lawful claims of himself his heirs and assigns and from the legal claim of all others to him the said William Lingo And his heirs assigns forever.
