D. Wood the Receit whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, given, granted and sold and confirmed and by these presents doth give, grant bargain, Sell and Confirm unto the said D. Wood his assigns forever a certain Tract or parcel of land in the County & State aforesaid containing Seven Acres bounded as follows; Begining at Wake line at Leathers corner thence with his line West 21 poles to a pine thence S. 15 W. 60 oles to the Beginning To have & to hoold the S. Tract or parcel of Land with all signular the appertenances & and profits thereof & and the said D. Woods his heirs & forever and the S. J. Glenn for himself & his heirs doth consent & agree and uwith the S. D.Woods be warrant and forever defend the aforesaid Land & premises thereod unto the S. D. Wood his heirs & assigns & against all claims forever. In he the S. Jeremiah Glenn have hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day & date above written.
