James Dickey (1712-1792) – 1) Catherine Huet 2) Mary (-----) Kilpatrick

1757, 11 May. James Dickey granted 346 acres of land in parish of St. 
Matthews, on Seven Mile Creek. 6 September. Orange County NC Pleas & Quarter 
Sessions minutes, a motion made in behalf James Dickey (who had intermarried 
with Mary Kilpatrick late widow & relic of Joseph Kilpatrick, deed that 
letters of administration be granted him. Bond $50. Joseph Duncan & John Woods 
had signed for him.
