begin at a hicory[sp.] on James LEA's line, his line S 7 ch. cross
the creek to his cor. sycamore, his line E crossing the bents of
the creek 40 ch. to a white oak, S 47 ch. to a white oak,
W 70 ch. to a hicory[sp.] on DOBBINS' line, his line N 14 ch. to
his cor. elm, his line crossing the creek 11 ch. to a beach,
N 40 ch. to a pine, E 40 ch. to first station, 394 acres,
fifteen shillings eight pence half-penny rent per year, surveyed
18 January 1762(?), Andrew CADDLE & Major LEA, SCC. (SSLG 91-D)

N 50 ch. to a white oak, W 110 ch. crossing both forks to
first station, 655 acres, twenty six shillings
two pence half-penny rent per year, surveyed 27 December
