16 May 1765, Bertie Co., NC, Daniel Murphree of Orange Co., NC conveys to
Lewis Jenkins of Bertie Co. in consideration of Twenty Pounds Currency, 125
acres lying on the east side of Conneritset (sic) Swamp.  Deed Book K, page
474.
