25 Oct. 1782   State of North Carolina to ROBINSON MUMFORD, 300 acres on 
Waters of Three Mile Branch of Eno River beginning at a stake two chains from 
the corner of another tract of MUMFORD'S, E. 33 chains to a branch of 
MOFFIT'S, S. 25 chains to a blackjack, a corner of GIRMAN BAXTER, E. 20 chains 
to a red oak, S.41 chains to a post oak, W 53 chains to a hickory, JOHN 
MUMFORD'S corner, N 66 chains to first station.
