Isaac Rainey etal to John Reding

      To                             Deed 200 Acres
John Reding
                 This Indenture made this thirteenth of September in
the Year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and Eleven Between Isaac Rainey
of the County of Caswell & State of North Carolina of the one part & John Beaver
of Orange County & State aforesaid to John Reding of Orange County & State
aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Isaac Rainey &
John Beaver for & in Consideration of the Sum of Eighty pounds the receipt
is hereby acknowledged doth bargain & Sell alien [?] Release & Confirm
unto the said John Reding a Certain tract or parcel of Land Situate lying
& being in the County of Orange and on the Waters of Little River &
Bounded as follows (Viz) Beginning at a Post Oak Malone’s
Line Running South thirty four Chains to a pine thence West fifty Nine
Chains to a Stake on [Redings] line thence North thirty four Chains to a Jack oak
thence
East fifty Nine Chains to the first Station Containing by Estimation two hundred
Acres be the same more or less with the Remainder & Remainders Rents & Services
thereunto belonging & he the said Isaac Rainey & John Beaver doth Covenant to
and with the said John Reding his heirs & assigns to warrant & forever defend
the said tract & parcel of land from any person or person Claiming or Claims from
by
us or them but that the said land shall be to the only use of him the said John
Reding his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof the said Isaac
Rainey & John Beaver hath hereunto Set our hands affixed our Seals the day
