Thomas Reding Junr ) This Indenture made this Eleventh day of August
in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred & fifteen Thomas
Reding Senr. of the one part and Thomas Reding Junr of the other part
Son of said Reding Senr. as well for and in Consideration of the Natural
Love and affection which he hath and beareth unto the sd Son as also
for the better maintenance & Preferment of the sd Son Hath given & granted
aliened [?] & Confirmed and by these Presents doth give grant
alien [?] & confirm unto the sd Son all that Messuage or Tenement
& with all & Singular its appurtenances and all houses, Lands & reversion
and reversions, remainder & remainders rents & Services of the sd Premises
& all the right Title interest Property claim & demand whatsoever of
him the said Thomas Reding Senr of in and to Sd messuage or tenement
Lands and Premises and of in & to every Part and Parcel thereof with the
appurtenances & all Deeds evidences & writing concerning the sd. premises
only now in the hands or custody of Sd Thomas Reding Senr. or which he my
get or come by without suit in Law To have and To hold the said
messuage or tenement Lands & Premises hereby given & granted or mentioned
or intended to be given and granted unto the sd Thomas Reding Junr. his
heirs or assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the sd Thomas
Reding Junr. his heirs & assigns forever One hundred acres of Land
being part of the Tract I now live upon (To Wit) Begining at a
red oak thence runing North Sixteen & 1/2 chains to a hickory thence
West Sixty three chains to a White Oak thence South 6 chains to a
White Oak thence East 5 chains to a white oak thence South
10 1/2 chains to a red oak thence East to the first Station contain
=ing one hundred acres more or less – And I the said Thomas Reding
Senr. doth Warrent & forever defend unto the sd Thomas Reding Junr
his heirs and assigns forever the sd Tract or messuage or Land unto the sd
Thomas Reding Junr. his heirs & assigns forever & from the lawful claim
or title of any Person or Persons Whatsoever In witness he the sd Thomas
Reding Senr. hath hereunto set his hand & affixed his Seal the day & year
