A C Roberts, etal Appr to Boroughs Pool

Buroughs Pools Homestead

The undersigned haveing been duly summoned and sworn to act as appraisers 
of the Homestead and personal property exemptions of Boroughs Pool of Durham
Township Orange County by Moses A Turner Constable of said County do hereby 
make the following return – We have viewed and appraised the Homestead of 
the said Boroughs Pool and the dwellings and buildings thereon owned and 
occupied by the said Boroughs Pool as a Homestead to be valued at three 
hundred dollars and that the entire tract bounded by the lands of John C 
McCown & David Warrens heirs & others is therefore exempted from sale under
execution according to Law. At the same time and place we valued and
appraised at the Values annexed the following Articles of Personal property 
selected by said Boroughs Pool one Cow & calf $25. 10 head of hogs $22 – 
3 Beds & furniture $15 – 5 chairs 2 tables & one Cupbord $5. 2 tubs, one 
bucket, one churn, one Pot – skillet, one Pot rack 4 barrels 100 lot of 
Corn thirty one dollars
  Which we declare to be a fair Valuation and that the said articles are 
exempt under said execution. We hereby Certify that we are not related by 
blood or Marriage to the Judget. Creditor or Judgement Debtor in this 
execution. And have near or remote in the above exemptions
